Welcome to Jsus Technology. These Terms of Service explain the conditions under which we accept, diagnose, repair, and return mobile phones, laptops, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices.
By submitting a device to Jsus Technology, completing our repair intake form, making a payment, or authorizing a repair, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Customers may be required to provide the following information before repair service begins:
Customer name, email address, phone number, customer type, device model, device issue, device passcode if needed for testing, repair history, liquid damage history, estimated repair cost, deposit amount, and service consent.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.
By submitting a device to Jsus Technology, the customer confirms that they are the lawful owner of the device or have permission from the lawful owner to submit the device for diagnosis, service, or repair.
Jsus Technology reserves the right to refuse service if there is reasonable concern about ownership, security, illegal activity, or suspicious device status.
A diagnosis may be required before a final repair cost can be confirmed. The estimated price given at intake is not always the final price, especially where hidden faults, board-level damage, liquid damage, software locks, or additional hardware issues are discovered.
No major repair will be completed without customer approval unless the customer has already provided written, verbal, WhatsApp, email, or form-based authorization.
If the customer’s main goal is to recover data, the customer must clearly inform Jsus Technology before any repair work begins.
Some repairs may involve resets, board work, part replacement, testing, software service, or procedures that may affect data. While Jsus Technology will take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that data will remain available, recoverable, or unaffected during diagnosis or repair.
Customers are strongly encouraged to back up their data before submitting a device.
A passcode may be requested only where needed to test the device before or after repair. This may include testing charging, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera, microphone, speaker, signal, software, screen, touch, or other device functions.
Customers may remove private content before submitting the device where possible.
Jsus Technology will not intentionally access, copy, share, or misuse personal files, photos, messages, passwords, or private information.
Customers are responsible for removing SIM cards, memory cards, cases, chargers, accessories, and personal attachments unless they are required for testing.
If the customer leaves these items with the device, Jsus Technology will make reasonable efforts to protect them, but customers are encouraged to remove unnecessary items before drop-off.
Devices exposed to liquid, fire, heat, corrosion, or previous board repair attempts may have unpredictable faults.
For such devices, Jsus Technology does not guarantee full restoration. The device may work temporarily, partially, or not at all after repair due to underlying damage.
Board-level repairs carry additional risk because components may already be weakened before service begins.
Customers may request a rush service where available.
Rush service may attract an additional fee, for example:
JMD $3,000 Priority Repair Fee
Rush service means the device may be placed ahead of standard jobs where possible. However, it does not guarantee same-day completion, especially where parts, advanced diagnosis, board-level repair, or additional testing is required.
A deposit may be required before diagnosis, ordering parts, or beginning repair work.
Deposits may be used to cover parts, labour, diagnosis, administrative processing, or reserved technician time.
Payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, Lynk, or other approved payment methods.
The device may not be released until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Repair completion depends on parts availability. Some parts may need to be ordered locally or overseas.
Jsus Technology is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs, shipping delays, unavailable parts, incorrect supplier stock, or events outside our control.
Warranty applies only to the specific repair or part replaced by Jsus Technology.
Suggested warranty wording:
Repairs may carry a limited warranty of [Insert Warranty Period, e.g., 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days,3 months], unless otherwise stated.
Warranty does not cover:
Warranty is void if the device is opened, modified, damaged, or repaired by another person after collection.
Some devices may not be repairable. If Jsus Technology is unable to complete the repair, the customer will be informed.
A diagnosis fee or labour fee may still apply where time, testing, board inspection, disassembly, troubleshooting, or administrative work was performed.
Customers must collect repaired or unrepaired devices within a reasonable time after being notified.
Devices left uncollected for more than [Insert Number] days may attract a storage fee.
Suggested wording:
Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after notification may attract storage charges. Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days may be considered abandoned, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice.
Jsus Technology will take reasonable care of all devices submitted for service. However, Jsus Technology is not liable for:
Where liability applies, it shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific repair service.
By submitting the repair form, the customer agrees that:
They have read and understood these Terms of Service;
They authorize Jsus Technology to inspect and diagnose the device;
They understand repair work may involve risks, especially where data, board damage, liquid damage, or prior repairs are involved;
